So I've been taking Fenugreek for a few months and I dont think it's really helping. 4 pills (650 Mg - I think) three times a day. I dont smell syrupy. Is it ok to take them like with breakfast lunch and dinner or is there a better time to take it? So any how, I called my PCM and asked for reglan. They gave me 40 pills to last 2 weeks. Is that all you're allowed is 2 weeks? I've been taking it 2 pills at night before bed, on the advice of a friend, and i wake up at abot 4 am really full on one side. But just as I start pumping DS wakes up and so I feed him instead. I've tried pumping after he's done, but i dont get much. Like not even 1 whole ounce.
Should I keep taking the fenugreek (4 pills 3x a day)? And how shoudl I really be taking the Reglan? It hasnt made me sleepy today I took one this am to test it out. And when it's gone will ym supply stay up? Or should I get some dom? And where do I get it online with out a RX?
Thanks for all the help, and sorry for all the questions!!

Can you give us more information about why you feel like your supply is not adequate? If you're waking up "really full" then that suggests to me that you're producing quite a bit of milk.

Maybe its not "inadequate" but I'd like to have more so DH doesnt have to give DS formula.
When I wake up one side is engorged, but DS takes care of that. Then when I pump at work I get 3 oz (combined) each time.
Maybe I'm just greedy! I asked DH to only give him 2 oz at a time so it lasts longer. I even bought the flexisheild inserts to hopefully increase my output, but I havent noticed anything yet.

How many bottles does he get a day? How many ounces, and how often/how much are you able to pump?
If you're waking up full, could you pump first, and feed baby after? Or pump on the more full side and feed baby from the other side at the same time?

well today, when I went home for lunch he's onyl had what I pumped this AM before workwhich was 3 ounces. But DH says that he normally will have 10 oz. We have slowed that down some by keeping smalller amounts in his bottle. But I would say he has three 1-2 oz bottles between 7 and 1130 and the same in the after noon.

I pump at 6, 9 and 2. and I feed him at about 1130 when I go home for lunch. When i pump at 6 i get less than 1 ounce. At 9 its usually 3-4 ounces and at 2 its usually 2-3 ounces. I know this is probably normal, but like I said I think I'm greedy and want more for him. =)

If you are not getting much out when you are pumping after a feeding that doesn't indicate that your supply is low. That just means your baby is efficient at feeding.
I'm not understanding your numbers? How much is your DS is eating while your away?! 10oz before 11:30am? How long are you away or working?
FWIW my DD drinks 8oz while I am away at work, in a 8hr period.

DH said today DS at a total of 10 ounces. I left 3 this am, that was gone when I came home for lunch at 1130. I ws gone for 4 hours. Then I left what I had pumped at work, another 3.5 ounces. DS ate that plus 2 ounces of formula from 1230 to 5 when I got home.
I know he eats well, and I know what I pump is normal, but I would still like to increase it so that there is NO supplementing.
SO my question was will the reglan keep my supply up after 2 weeks, and if not where can I get dom with no Rx?

In House PHarmacy sells domperidone, and you do not need a prescription. Caveat emptor: It is illegal to obtain medication without a valid prescription. I've never heard of moms being prosecuted (or even caught) by buying dom online, though.
I would go with that, rather than the Reglan, which has many undesirable side effects.
Is it possible to add a pumping session in the evening or first thing in the AM?

I applaud the mom's who are trying to get the bigger picture on your milk supply like asking the hypothetical question: "is it really low?". Hopefully this is helping you do the same. Reading this may help determine the answer:

Medicines should never be the first approach to increasing supply but they can be effective.
Reglan is dose specific. It increases prolactin levels according to what your base line is (for some it works well for others not so). If you stop abruptly, your supply can drop dramatically. Recomended dosage is 10mg tablets: 1 tablet on day 1, 1 tablet twice daily on day 2, 1 tablet 3 times a day for days 3-10 then 1 tablet twice daily on day 11 and 1 tablet on day 12.
As for Domp. here is your answer:

Let me add to my post:
That's a lot of Fengreek. Generally, it it hasn't helped by 2 weeks, I would say, it's not going to so I would stop.
Also, for the Reglan dose, you could also get 15mg tablets. This would get you to the max daily dose of 45mg during days 3-10. OR take 4, 10mg tabs those days.
Yes, your supply will go most likely go down when off Reglan but less abruptly if you taper down the dose as I mentioned. In other words, it works while you are on it. Your Dr may perscribe more, However, longer use can increase likelihood of side effects.

I can't help much with the supply issue, because I feel as if I'm having some as well. I just wanted to add that domperidone from INHOUSE Pharmacy has been taking a full 2 weeks to be delivered. There were some posts a couple of weeks ago about it and I had ordered about that time and just received mine yesterday.
Good luck to you!
