I know this is not really a breatfeeding question but I didn't know where else to put it. My daughter is going to be three months old on April 4th. I think she might be teething. She has been sticking her hands in her mouth a lot, drooling like crazy and I think she has had diareaha a couple times. Also sometimes when she eats she swuirms around and pulls off the breast possibly because she is in pain. I have felt around in her mouth but have felt no teeth yet. Could she be teething early?

Who knows? Hands in the mouth is more a developmental thing, babies learn about things by putting them in their mouths.
Sometimes it seems like those teeth shift around for a long time before they come in, so she could be feeling discomfort. It is just so hard to tell with babies.

She very well could be, babies can teethe for six months with no eruptions, so it can take a long time!
I would try www.hylands.com for teething tabs, they dissolve very easy right on babys tongue, my baby reacts pleasantly to the taste.
