Just curious if anyone has found a wonderful breastpump horn holder out there for hands free pumping? I will be returning to work in 1 month and have been pumping once a day. It would be sooo nice to be able to read/pay bills/ do computer work while pumping...make the most of the 10 minutes of down time instead of staring at the wall!

Thanks in advance!

I really like mine from www.easyexpression.com. I've also read on here that you can use a sports bra & cut holes for the horns. HTH

You can also wrap a rubber band from the back of the horn to the clip on your bra. I would just balance the bottles on my legs until the suction got going, and everything would pretty much stay in place. Medela makes a hands free nursing bra, too, but I don't have personal experience with it.

I was going to spend the $$$$ to buy the hands free bra and I read about the elastic trick. I LOVE IT!! and it is free. Give it a try it is great

I also use the rubber band trick, I didn't want to spend the money on a special bra.

Extra $ for the new Medela Freestyle hands free pump.
But it may be worth it for the rechargeble battery...no more need to be teathered to a wall socket!

I have heard good things from www.pumpingpartners.com think it is basically like the rubberband trick but with a little style...They have a really good instructional video. Have not tried them myself but they look nice.

Good Luck!

I've ordered products from pumpinpal.com. I love them. They have horns that are slanted so that the milk flows down and not back towards your breast. I think they are more comfortable too. The hands free kit is simply something that you put around your neck. The website shows pictures. I found it easier than rubber bands because I was always losing or breaking rubber bands.
