I feel like chicken tonight, like chicken tonight!

But I don't know what to do with it. Its still frozen, but its boneless skinless chicken breast in a bag. Help? I need something simple and easy, Im tired and I have a LOT of homework to get done/.

Bake it w/bbq sauce, last few minutes top w/shredded cheese. (That's my in a bind totally forgot about dinner, dinner)

The easiest meal in the world (to me) is chicken breast cust into strips, toss them into a big pan or wok, toss in some sliced peppers, snap peas, carrots, whatever else you like and saute it all with some sesame oil, teriyaki or general Tsao's and serve it all over rice or rice noodles.

You just can't go wrong with impromtu stir-fry.

I either do what HummingBird just said or Bake it on top of rice. Like 2 cups rice 5 cups water chicken on top and italian salad dressing on top of the chicken and rice if you want. I'm hungry now!

mmm, it all sounds good, ah the possibilities of chicken. :) Could I put chicken and pasta together and toss with pesto sauce? Or is chicken and pesto like a bad thing?

Love fresh pasta pesto with grilled chicken. Add good cheese! Yum.

how do you make yours? Can I just slice the chicken into strips and toss it with the pasta and sauce?
