Can i have a drink?

If I wanted to have a drink , how long should I wait to feed or do I need to pump and dump?

You definitley don't need to pump and dump for one drink. You really don't even have to wait to breastfeed for 1 or 2 drinks. Most people on this board say if you are okay to drive you are okay to breastfeed.

If you want to be extra cautious (which I don't believe is necessary for one or two drinks), the best timing would be to nurse WHILE you're having your drink, and then wait 2-3 hours to nurse again.
