What could this be

Serra's tastbuds in the front of her mouth are white, the inside of her lips are white and look like they have been chewed on. Now it looks like she has little white blisters on her lip

She has one tooth, you can just now feel it, you still cant see it. Is that what is causing this?

If it were thrush wouldnt I have symptoms too?

Yeah check the feet and hands too
Mine had hand foot and mouth a couple of times when they
were little and they were miserable :(

You might not show symptoms if it's thrush. That was my guess too.

Yes, a picture would be more helpful but the white sounds like thrush.
