Sudden drop in milk supply

Hi my son is now 19 days old. I had to take him to the hospital because of severe acid reflux, Now they tell me I need to pump my milk and give him 2 ounces at a time with some rice cereal added to it. Well, it was all good I started out yesterday pumping 4-5 ounces combined from both. Now it is a struggle to pump out 2 ounces for just one feeding what should I be doing differently? I need to increase my supply again. Please help. I am not supposed to just nurse him because he will throw it all back up so is there and suggestions?

First of all, pump the same time every day every three hours.
Breastmilk supply fluctuates throughout the day; early morning and late evening pumping sessions should have the most output.

Thanks I can try that but I am not sure why I dropped so quickly in just under 24 hours like that.

The stress of the hospital visit may have caused it.
