how many pills is everyone taking a day and how many times?

www.kellymom.com has correct dosage for fenugreek (be certain to watch your blood sugar while on it since it can lower it). I was taking 6 pills a day but the amount of fenugreek per pill differs across brands. So while I needed to take 6 pills, you may only need 3 depending on the milligrams.

Also fenugreek was most effective when taking it with blessed thistle for me.

I take about9 of the 610mg. Then again I am a diabetic, and it helps me control my sugar.

I can't remember the amount in each pill of the ones I was taking. I think I read to take 2-4 pills 2-3 times a day. However, I found an amazing difference just doing two pills twice a day. I did it for three days. I had to do this for several months due to DD's nursing style and my supply went right up fast every time.

3 pills 3 x's a day. Each pill is 610mg so that's 5490mg a day. I've been taking it for a few months now. I have tried to stop but every time I do, my milk supply drops.
