I am just soooo bummed this week :(
I used to go shopping when I was depressed, but seeing as we are in a heap of financial problems over that, it is a def no-no. (unless it is cheap and a necessity) I have been trying to find rompers for my baby (I am guessing boy!) and I am appalled at what people are spending on ebay for this stuff! I never thought of Old Navy as being all that much of a brand name, but people are paying like $15 for these rompers that are USED! Uggh, anyway, enough of my vent. I then worked on some pics of my lil' sunshine to cheer me up! (go ahead and share too if you like!)

Carter's first fair: (the first time around he looked like he was going to vomit and I thought I was gonna have to ask to stop the ride, then he came around the second time and he was laughing sooo hard!)

Awwwwww!!!

I hear you. I used to shop when I was depressed (before having Haley) Now that's just not an option for me. I've found the browsing craigslist for baby stuff is fun for me. Even though I can't buy the stuff yet, I can get ideas and find out what things are going for.

Also, yard sales have been my therapy this summer. Even if I go out for a few hours and get haley a few books or a toy or something and spend $2 it's therapeutic for me! I wish I was finding out what I am having before yard sale season is over.

I really want to shopping (window of course) by myself! I can't enjoy it with the two little ones. I might see if I can get away this weekend. DS's baptism is next weekend and I do need to find something to wear since all my clothes are getting to big. I don't want to buy much in hopes of losing more weight.

I don't have any recent photos but this one make me laugh :)

Wow, Canadianmom, that is a great lot there - I hadn't even looked at girl's stuff yet- I don't know why I am set on this being a boy - LOL :) That is a great deal though if it doesn't get too high :)

That is dd3. The first pic she was angry with me cause we were on a bus and I made her sit with me instead of her dad. The second is showing my interesting attempts at homemade playdough. Turned to homemade glue that didn't come off.
I love the little people clothing. Gap is awesome, but way too pricy retail. Are you going to get an ultrasound so you know what gender?

I have decided to be surprised this time. I have a lot of girl clothes already - Callie was born in Sept so not too far off from December, but Carter was born in May and I got rid of most of his stuff so that is why I am buying more boy stuff - I have 3 relatives preggo though so I figure I can give them whatever I don't end up needing. (that is if I can find some good deals soon!)

I wouldn't bother buying anything except a few neutral rompers and sleepers. I am getting more minimalist with each dd.
Suprised? The pain and turmoil of labour is suprising enough. Says the woman who lives in a place where the ultrasound tecs and doctors refuse to disclose gender no matter how nicely you ask.
That sucks! DH wouldn't let me shop for anything this last pregnancy until we knew for sure that she was a girl! And the moment we found out, I bid on and won an awesome lot of clothes to last from newborn to 9 months, all brand name, for $30.00 including shipping.

Oh, I totally hear ya! I am ONLY buying rompers and sleepers this time! I learned that after two - the shirts just ride up, they puke on everything, and they outgrow everything!!

ETA: CM - I did buy that girl lot - LOL! I know out of three of us in the family one of us is BOUND to have a girl!
