Breastfeeding 1 mos after radiation ok?

Working with a mother recently gave birth and is concerned that breastfeeding may be unsafe considering she underwent radiation (isolated, not to breast) 1 month ago. Please advise!

Tell her to contact the doctor and find out. Some of the radiopharmaceuticals mom can start back nursing but not all. If she wants to email me privately she can do so at debbie@thenewbornbaby.com
