It could be that she is getting too much foremilk. How long is she nursing on each side?
You can try doing breast compressions to get more hindmilk in her.

what is foremilk and hindmilk
Foremilk is the milk that comes out first that is lower in fat. Hindmilk comes out last and it is higher in fat.

How long is your baby nursing on that side? Are you pumping the other side after baby is done or the same side?

how old is your baby girl? That doesn't sound long enough for an infant. It sounds very possible to me that she is getting too much or only foremilk that could be causing the green poop.

I agree with sweetkisses if she is nursing for just a min or two then your burping her and you keep with that routine she's never nursing long enough to get to the higher fat milk. I would nurse her for as long as she wants and then try burping her.

Foremilk is the milk that lets down first. It is full of most of the nutrition and liquid that baby needs; hindmilk is thicker, creamier and full of most of the fat and calorie baby needs.
I'd still nurse her for longer than a minute before burping
Nurse her for at leat 5-10 minutes, then burp,
then put her back on the same side until she is satisfied and then burp,
and after burping if she's still showing signs of hunger you could consider putting her on the 2nd side. be sure to burp her well (which doesn't always mean burping her more often) and keep her a bit upright for a little while after nursing to see if that helps things settle a bit. Most of the time, spit up is a laundry problem, not something that needs to be fixed.
You are taking fenugeek, to increase your supply, aren't you?
Fenugeek will increase the amount of milk,
but by doing so, it increases the amount of foremilk,
and too much foremilk will mean green poops and baby doesn't get the higher fat hindmilk that they need to grow at their proper rate. Baby will want to nurse more often and be fussier, looking for the calories of the hindmilk.
Often spit up is caused by an overactive let down, or baby filling up on foremilk with an abundant supply, and then they never get to the hindmilk, so they need more calories and want to nurse more, and they get over full.
Why are you taking fenugreek?

she is pooping more and its starting to turn yellow but still a little green too
Could it be from her vitamins ...i just started her on supplement vitamins ..she just started a few days ago and thats around the time her poop started to turn green
but i let her eat as much as she wanted and she ate for 5 mins maybe longer
i take fenugreek to increase my milk and so i can pump after i feed her so when we stop breast feeding she will have milk to drink for a few months
