Buy the book that comes from that website as well, you will NEED it! It is called "Defining Your Own Success: Breastfeeding After A Breast Reduction". It is a MUST read!

Also, get Professional help! Hire an IBCLC!

I had a breast reduction when I was 18 years old. I have successfully nursed both dd's for their first year.

Just make sure you have a lot of support and nurse often. Feed dc's on demand and during the first few weeks nurse and pump to help build up your supple.

Also, under an LC's/ped supervision I found that a nipple shield during the first couple of weeks helped dd's to latch on. I weaned off of this asap, since it can hurt milk supply. But they helped tremendoulsy with inital latch on.
