is this a normal feeding schedule?

my dd is 4.5 months old, and we feed every two hours during the day. she sleeps through the night, usually 5-6 hours at a time. should her feeds be spaced further apart during the day? i feed on demand, but it just happens to be every two hours and has been since birth. i thought the feeds were supposed to be spaced out more as the baby ages, but i don't want to deny her milk if she wants it.

Babies do a super job of coming to the breast when they are hungry and it will match the storage capacity of your breasts. Every 2 hours is perfectly normal an I would continue doing what you are doing.
