My baby girl is 9 and a half months old. I am going away next month for 6 days without her. I am starting to wean her for when I go away, as well as, I will be returning to work shorty after that. I am currently breastfeeding her 4 times a day. I was going to work on cutting the breastfeeding down to her morning and night feedings and give her formula for the 2 day time feedings. I pump and give her a bottle once in awhile, and have never had an issue with her taking a bottle. If I pumped milk for her to have twice a day when I'm away, would I be able to start up breastfeeding again for the morning and night feeding when I get back? Would she still want the breast 6 days later if she was on a bottle for those days? If I pumped twice a day while I was away to keep up my supply, would my supply be ok 6 days later?

If you pump during the times you want her to nurse while you are away, you should still have enough milk to nurse her when you return. Yes, she'll probably still want to nurse when you come back. It's possible she might prefer a bottle by then. Six days is rather a long time to go without nursing, but I think it's likely you'll e able to get her back to the breast.
