Rough Sex

I am having pelvic pain and it sucks. I think my hubby and I.... ahem.... TMI to follow.... had too rough of sex lately. Any advice? It hurts to sit and use the restroom. This sucks. I was looking forward to some more tonight and tomorrow but now it will hurt. Ugh. If the kids are not in the way, something is! LOL

I would advise not having sex for a few days, and then taking it easy after that. If you are still in pain in a day or two see a doctor.

If you feel like having sex do it. But I would tell your dh to be gentle. Maybe some gentle foreplay would be nice followed by some gentle sex.

Ice. Before, during, and after. When used at the right times, ice is... well... pretty damn erotic.

I tried tylenol, guess I will try ibuprofen now. I will try that ice thing too;)
