Have any of you done it? I've started doing it the last couple of weeks and am really enjoying it. The cardio dvd, though, is making me sore and making me sweat my hiney off! Well, I hope it is , anyway!

I remembered hearing about it here a while ago so I bought a dvd the other day at a thrift store for a couple bucks. It's YBB Live, Cardio Cabaret, Burlesque Style. I haven't cracked it open yet but my big plan is that once the older kids go back to school I can get on a more regular routine.

I suck. I got the DVDs over a year ago for my birthday, but I've never even tried it. I always have some excuse or another--some good excuses and some not.

You guys should really do it..it's pretty fun. I usually hate workout videos, but the people aren't too annoying and they don't yap a whole lot, either. I like that about it plus it seems to be a decent workout.

how would it be on a herniated disc you think? it is lower one closer to my tail bone. do you think that it would stress it? if not then i might get it.
