Need some advice on laptop computers...

DH and I are in the market for a laptop computer to replace our desktop computer. But we have no idea what we would need and which ones are good. Basically we want one for surfing the net and downloading music. So any suggestions and tips on buying a laptop would be great!!! TIA :)

Just the arcade games on here ;) which I am addicted to lol, never knew they existed until last month.

I have a Mac Book which I LOVE if that helps at all. It took me about a week to get used to a Mac but I will never ever go back!

Me too. I got mine two years ago and never regretted it. I won't touch DH's PC now.

If you hurry, you might be able to catch some of the Mac back to school specials. When I bought my laptop I was able to get an 8GB iPod for DH. Total price of the iPod was $20 after rebate.

Unless you need high quality graphics, Macs are overpriced. If you want the Mac OS, just download it onto your PC.
