Goat's Rue

I started taking fenugreek capsules a little over a month ago and about 2.5 weeks ago I started bleeding very heavily, so I stopped taking the it about 3 days ago and the bleeding has stopped. I talked to my doctor and she said it could because of the birth control I'm on. I wanted to try the goat's rue but as I was reading the ingredients I noticed that it has fenugreek seeds in it. would it be harmful if I tried the goat's rue? Is bleeding from the fenugreek harmful to my body or my baby?

yes. my daughter has a really hard time at the breast and I have been trying to breastfeed her exclusively now for a little over a month. I tried to pump and feed her but my supply got down to only 2 oz every 3 hours and it was not enough for her. Now about 25-30 minutes after each feeding she starts acting like she is hungry again so I tried the fenugreek to try to increase my supply

Have you thought about stopping the birth control pills? In my experience, some moms have their milk supply cut in half when they begin even the minipill.

I really would like that to be a last resort. If I am not able to increase my supply soon I will stop taking it. Any suggestions on increasing my supply?
