This is obviously TMI.

Dax had pretty normal looking BFed baby poops, about every five days to once a week. Now, for the past two days, he's been pooping about 5 times a day, and it's bright green and little mucousy.

I know that excess foremilk can be a cause for green poops, and I also read that a dairy sensitivity could be to blame as well. Would you check with the doctor about this, since it's so drastically different from what was normal for him? I've always offered the same breast twice in a row to help him get enough hindmilk, so I'm not really sure if that's it or not. Should I just eliminate dairy and see what happens, or do you think that a doctor visit would be a good idea?

You say you offer the same breast twice in a row? How much time elapses between those sessions?

Teething can cause an increase in saliva production and more saliva in the bowels can cause an increase in stooling, have you seen any teething symptoms?

He is showing some teething symptoms, actually, but they've been around for the past month or so, and the green poops just started yesterday.

I've been offering the same breast twice in a row since he was a few weeks old. He's always gained well, and his poops were normal.

It's hard to say how much time lapses between sessions. He nurses pretty frequently. Sometimes, he'll take the same breast three times in an hour. Basically, I try to make sure he gets enough hindmilk from one breast before I switch.
