Can Prenatal vitamins I take give DS Gas??

Alright I admit it...
I'm not the best at remembering to take those prenatal vitamins that are so important..
I can remember to take them a few times a week, but I think I noticed something when I do..............
Does anyone else know if prenatal vitamins could give baby gas?
I might just be neurotic, but I think every time I do take the damn vitamins in the AM DS begins to have very bad gas by the evening.
Think its just a coincidence?

Seems like I once heard someone making a connection between the iron in the vitamin affecting baby's tummy. You might try googling along those lines...

well I've had experience with things that give me gas, giving baby gas.
so if the vitamins give you gas, it's likely they might give baby gas.

I'd recommend a different kind maybe?

The iron in prenatal vitamins has always upset my stomach. I assume it could also upset a baby's stomach. I've never taken prenatal vitamins while nursing Rylan. I think a regular multivitamin should be sufficient to meet your needs. Many nursing mothers don't bother with vitamins at all. A healthy diet really should suffice.
