hale's lookup please

one of my friends has a kidney infection and was prescribed cipro. it is an antibiotic. can someone please look it up for me and see if it is ok for her to take? she is currently nursing a 1yr old. thanks in advance!

Cipro is L4 in my 2002 edition of Dr Hale's, but I think it was upped to L3 in later editions.
it's approve for use in breastfeeding mothers by the AAP.
