LOL! How in the world did he got ahold of that! If you can tape it back together and atlest have all the serial numbers on each side of the bill you can exchange it at a bank... :) Good Luck!

My sister did that in Kingergarten, however it was her lunch money $1. It came home in an envelope with a not attached saying that she was very good at using scissors. It is in her baby book.

I believe so. I would have done it already, but when I got in the van to go to the bank my van wouldn't start. *sigh* When it rains it pours, eh?

The bank replaced it! :D The teller thought it was hilarious.
ETA: the van is fixed, it was just the battery.
