Fenugreek & Moms tea questions

Okay so i just bought fenugreek extract 350mg and moms tea I've been taking mothers milk plus but they were out...so I'm trying these...how much should i take and how often and does body weight require more?

Take as much as you need to smell like maple syrup.

I have a bottle of Fenugreek tablets and mine says to take one 2-3 times a day. It has helped me.
