Not that I think she is innocent...its just...well...if she is gone hopefully someday they can remember the good parts of Caylee's life and this song will not help them do that.
This whole story makes me sick and I cannot imagine what her grandparents are going through.

I think they probably figure that she will slip up and they will be able to find Caylee's body and clinch the case. It doesn't seem as if she will ever tell the truth, they are just hoping she slips up.
