What did you do for dinner?

We had fried pork chunks with nopales and a red sauce. With a side of mexican rice and black beans and some tortillas. It was my first time making it and it turned out pretty good. What did everyone else do for dinner?

i haven't done anything for dinner yet. Im really not in the mood to cook, the kids got up from nap time around 4 and had a snack, so I am waiting for dh to get home and then we will decide. I have to go to the grocery store anyways, dh won't be home till 7. Maybe we'll just hit the drive thru on the way home.

I am having BBQ chicken, baked beans, oven roasted root veggies, and corn on the cob.

Dinner wont be for anther hour and a half though.

I am thinking stir fry again. To go with the ginger cookies I am making. :)

My plan was Baked Pork Chops, Bowtie Pasta, Edamame, and bisquits. I decided I am way too tired for that so I had clam chowder and Mike had leftover pizza and Haley will probably have salad. I'll cook that for dinner tomorrow.

Nothing fancy tonight, just pasta salad and ham sandwiches. DH doesn't know what time he's getting off work, so we're just doing something fast and easy.
