I love it too. He kind of reminds me of my English teacher in h.s. He was an ass, but he was my favorite teacher.

I really like it too. I did see an old episode recently though that gave really bad breastfeeding advice and inaccurate vaccine schedules. That annoyed me.

Love it! I like that he is so mean, and the round about way he usually takes to get to the bottom of things.

That one kind of irritated me too.
But really if I am honest he irritates me all the time and I think that is why I like him.
It took me a while to put 2 and 2 together that he played the dad on Stuart Little. He just does not fit that role at all...lol

What episode? TBH, the only one I remember mentioning bf was the one where the Vegans stopped bfing and put their seven-ish month old on rice milk or something equally crappy.
To answer the OP: I love House. I only watch that and Bones regularly. Hugh Laurie is hot, especially as Dr. Gregory House. *swoon*

It was one where the 16 year old boy was having night terrors they finally attributed to a mutated measles virus in the brain due to his birth mama having had measles rather than the vaccine. One of the clinic patients had a six month old bf baby he was trying to scare into vaccinating. He told her the bm antibodies only worked until 6 months and that's why you had to vaccinate at 6 months. Multiple things wrong with that info even if you do vax.

I used to love it, but not anymore. Once the original "team" was no longer the team, I lost interest.

They had a marathon of reruns on last night, and we watched 4 in a row. I LOVE the older ones.

I love it. DH loves it along with me. Dh even went as far as to download the first 3 seasons for me to watch when ever I want.
He also played in the Live action version of 101 Dalmations.
This reminds me, I need to make up my tv wtching schedule, with channels and times. :)

I think I heard that they were going to be his team again this season...but I guess we'll find out on Tuesday.
DH and I love this show!

Eh, big deal. He lies/exaggerates on a regular basis to get patients to do what he wants them to do. That's his MO, and part of his appeal. He's an asshole.

I've been watching it since the first season. I'm fascinated by Dr. House's downward spiral, his God complex, and plethora of emotional issues. Since his team has been gone, he seems to be both emotionally evolving and backsliding. It's oddly fascinating to see a character on a tv show change this much, yet stay the same, if that makes any sense.
His original team IS on the show. Cameron and Chase work in the ER. Foreman was hired back by Cutty (sp?) in third episode of the "games", I believe.
I know Dr. Gregory House not a real person. "lol9" He's a great actor (the first time I ever saw him off of that show, I was like "WTF? He's English?"). And whoever wrote the script for House is a genius!
My doG! I think I'm infatuated with a TV character!

I know his original team is still on the show, but they aren't his team anymore... they are essentially supporting cast rather than stars like they were. I didn't like the group that were slowly whittled down to be his so-called team. Not at all.

Didn't you ever see the episode of Friends where Rachel goes to England to stop Ross's wedding? Or Sense and Sensibility? Or Wooster and Jeeves? ;)
