For your car??? DH and I rarely watch the news, last night flicking through channels I saw something about gas stations here running out and long lines, didn't think much of it.
Was out today for the first time in a few days and realized that we were low. I started to see a trend of bags on the gas pumps. I went to our usual place over the state line in SC and WOW - traffic backed up for at least a half mile.
I sat for an hour and half to get gas! Thankfully DD was asleep most of the time and I had stopped at BK to grab lunch for all of us so she had some chicken fingers to snack on when she woke up.
Not sure what the problem is but I guess here (Charlotte) and west of us have had a serious shortage. I think Atlanta went through it over the weekend. They say we'll be fine tomorrow, but we're leaving the Outer Banks Saturday VERY early so I wanted to be sure we had enough to get out of town.
