I *think* he's saying that it makes more sense and would be cheaper to give a kid an inhaler than to wait for it to get so bad that the kid ends up in the Er..
That happens a lot when people don't have insurance, or run out of meds. They can't afford to go to the doc for a cheaper visit, and pay for the meds on top of the doc bill, but the ER will see them.
Heck, I have insurance, and the copay is 20, and Rx can b anywhere from 10 - 35, and sometimes 55 bucks that wasn't planned really hurts the budget.
kinda feel bad for him. He's tired, it's noisy and he's trying to think and seems to be fumbling for his train of thuoght. It's embarassing when that happens.

heehhe he said breathalizer instead of inhaler. he corrected himself, but it was still funny.
