Please keep us in your T&Ps tonight because I think i may be going into labor. I am definitely having contractions but it may not be the thing yet just prodromal or whatever. They are very close together but very short so we'll see what happens. So much for getting any sleep though!

So yeah, if I don't post again for a few days, I pushed this baby out! :D I'll try and post as soon as I can though if I do just to let y'all know. Otherwise I'll be in here sad in the morning whining! ;)

*Whimper and whine* I fell asleep! I thought for sure I'd be awakened by some horribly painful contractions but no. I didn't sleep well, I was very uncomfortable. But I am no longer having the strong contractions I had last night. I do think it was doing some business to me though and I see my midwife today so i guess I'll have her check. And hopefully I'll keep having contractions all day. This baby sure is pushing hard on me down there and more than usual so maybe s/he knows it's almost time.

I'm pretty sure we'll be having a baby over the weekend though. I can't have had all that last night for nothing right?

And yeah I am almost afraid to have her check me because i don't want to be stripped again or anything. But darn it I am sure something was happening last night! It seriously felt like my cervix was doing something. Nothing I couldn't handle yet but on the way. I should have pushed through it instead of trying to sleep. Oh well. I'm heading back out for more walking as soona s I finish this banana! :D

She didn't strip my membranes, just the actually check for dilation caused me to go into labor. I started having contractions as I was walking out of her office and they didn't stop!

80% and 2 cm! Yay! And she seemed to feel like this weekend it's coming for sure. Wouldn't be surprised if tonight's the night she said. She's going to go home and go to bed early!

I'm feeling crampy with some hard contractions very irregular and shaky and sweaty and a little pukey. All good signs! Keep the labor vibes coming ladies, I can't wait to meet this baby!

So far nothing doing. I am feeling fine! A little bummed out but her at least maybe we'll all get some sleep tonight and maybe have it tomorrow. and you never know, the night ain't over yet!

Oh how I wish this was true Melissa! Sadly, not only is there no baby but my contractions have calmed down completely. I woke up in tears today when nothing happened last night. I swear I thought last night was it so big time I got everything ready. Then it slowed and died off. And nothing is kick starting it again today.

I am learning to be at peace with this. I have dilated slightly so that is reassuring but if it takes a few more days or a week for hard labor to kick in then maybe all this prelabor will keep dilating me and there will be less work to do at the end.

Thanks for all the prayers and support ladies. I could still use it!
