Hello,
Well, let me start by telling you my story. My son was 2 months and 7 days and he passed away suddenly. It has been 3 weeks now and I am ready to give the breast milk to someone who might need it. I have about 70-80 oz. Does anyone need it? I have a clean medical past and I am very healthy, so if there is anyone interested please respond.
Thanks,
Candi

I don't need any breast milk but.... I just want to tell you how sorry I am that you lost your baby. My heart is truely breaking for you. I am studying to be a marriage and family therapist and I just hope you get some counseling to help you cope with your loss. I am so so sorry

I am so very sorry for your loss. I have no ideas about whom you could give your milk to, but I commend you for even thinking about it.

I cannot imagine any greater pain than the loss of a baby. I am so sorry for your loss
I've donated my milk to a couple of women in my area through the yahoo MilkShare group. http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/MilkShare/
I know your baby's milk will be a true blessing to another family.

I am so sorry for your loss.
I too have donated extra milk thru Milkshare. It's a pretty simple sign up process. It may take a couple of days to register and then you can start posting.
I can guarantee that tons of mamas in need may want to scoop up your milk and fast.
Where do you live? Kerry S on here is using donor milk for her baby. Maybe you're close enough to her. I'd PM her and see if she may need your milk.
Bless your heart for donating your milk.

Candi,
Many hugs to you and your family!!!!!!!! I am so sorry for the loss of yourmson. It isn't fair :( Be gentle to yourself in the weeks and months ahead.
It is very generos of you for wanting to donate your milk. Maybe contact the local NICU and see if they have any really sick babies that may need it.
I have also heard of programs that take donated milk for babies whose mothers died in childbirth.
Best wishes in the tough days ahead

Im so sorry also, i cant even begin to imagine your pain. I think your local NICU would be more than willing to take your expressed milk. So many little ones would benefit from you. Its a gift to alot of sick babies. Give them a call, im sure they can help direct you. praying for you and your family.
