I had my 2 youngest kids with me. We were talking about what was going to happen today. My 4 year old was excited! Her eyes lit up when she heard the heart beat. Couldn't help but have my eyes tear up! She helped wipe the gel off my tummy and told Katie that she loves her and kissed my belly.

And it starts!
BP is really low, 77/46. This is usually the point where I start fighting it to go up. I get dizzy when I stand. Fight depression and anxiety and my breathing gets really shallow. Need to start walking and getting more fresh air and making sure I get my water in. I need to pick up some more of my happy pills (Supplements I take that help balance out depression and anxiety) If I don't get it under control by the time of the birth, PPD gets really bad!

That brings up why I'm soo tired! My Iron is low as well. I picked up some really good Iron and Iron rich foods to start eating regularly. Hopefully I can get it up to a point I can go out and walk without feeling like I'm going to fall over or my knees are going to buckle.

When I crawl (Picking up toys under the beds and cleaning up spills) I pull something under my belly. It makes it feel like my belly is on fire! I have to stop wherever I am and roll onto my side and breath. It literally takes the breath right out of me! I lay there for a good 10 min to be able to move. If I move before the pain is completely gone it compounds and I have to start all over.

My midwife said it's round ligament pain. They have been over stretched with my previous pregnancies and there really is nothing I can do except make sure I don't do anything that will cause it to hurt in the first place. No crawling or doggy style pelvic tilts.

Katie's' HB was strong 160's and I am measuring bigger by 1 week. (Not anything new) Everything on the U/S photos look good and we are going to still stick with my original due date. No Fibroid Tumor to be found.

One more appointment in 4 weeks then we start going every 2 weeks. It's hard to believe we are more then half way over already!

Glad the kids enjoyed the appt! And congrats on no fibroid tumor found!

For iron, you may want to try chlorophyll. Iron supplements bother me a lot so I took chlorophyll once my iron started getting low when pg with Lilah - it went right back up.

Ohh yes. I remember Chlorophyll. I would be scared to take it. My taste buds are very sensitive this pregnancy. Iron Supplements are really harsh on my system as well. I mentioned it to my midwife. She gave me a good brand (Better be.. It wasn't cheep!) to try.

They have a liquid.. but like the chlorophyll.. I'm scared of it. Won't do any good if I can't keep it down. We will see how this goes.

Glad to hear no tumor was spotted. I hope you start feeling better. Getting exercise and eating well during pregnancy can be so hard. Your blood pressure was really low. Take it easy.
