Ive read their labels and the only thing I can see that might be a problem is that its made with soy, but other than that, its safe right? Also, if my DS has a problem with me drinking it, would his symptoms be the same if the soy was bothering him? Also, how much should I drink before waiting to see if it bothers him..or should I just start using it with my cereals and drinking it like anyone else?
Thanks
BTW...DS is 7 months old and ive been dairy free for abouut 3 months...thanks

If your baby is sensitive to dairy, it's probably best to avoid nuts and peanuts as well.
Have you considered rice milk? It's fine if you just need something on your cereal or to cook with.

Yeah I would stay away from nuts if you have a sensitive baby. Anything in large doses can create a food sensitivity and nuts are already highly allergenic.

I know some moms choose to use it but considering that nuts tend to have more serious reactions *in general* than other foods in the top 8 and considering that nut dust can cause serious reactions if an allergy occurs, I would hedge my bets on soy before almond milk, but rice milk is the safest bet for drinking/cereal with Vance's Dari Free (potato based) for cooking.
Also, it can take several days for a problem to be evident or even months sometimes (if the allergy develops at a later date).
