DS has a VERY runny nose. It's clear and very runny, so not really stuffy.
No fever, eating and nursing fine, just really congested. The only problem with nursing is because of the congestion but he just pulls off, breathes, gets back on.
He hasn't been coughing really at all except when it sounds like he is choking on snot, but it doesn't really sound like a sick cough, just choking.
He had RSV last year as a five week old but his breathing is fine at this time.
WWYD?

They can't do much for a cold so I'd wait to see if he has any respiratory problems.
I would invest in a humidifier and baby vicks. Put him in a seat and take him into the bathroom with you when you're taking a shower, etc...
I hop he feels better soon  I hate it when little ones don't feel well.

I would wait it out unless the snot turns green or yellow, or he starts running a fever. My kids get clear snot from allergies. Is he old enough to teach how to blow his nose?

I would just keep nursing, trying to get the snot out with blue bulb thing and saline or breastmilk in the nose, and give lots of warm baths to also encourage getting rid of congestion, lots of rest and that's it. I wouldn't call the ped.

I would also wait it out.

I agree with the use of Vicks on the chest and back to help maintain a good airway. Also, we use a product called gentle vapors, it seems to have the same effect as the vaporizer.
I would call the PED just to inform but not to expect anything.

I'd wait it out, and try using the nasal aspirator if he can't nurse well enough without it.

They can also get a runny nose while teething, and at 10 months, that's what I'd place my money on.

I'd wait it out.

I would wait it out. Sounds like a bad cold. I would suck out the snot with a bulb syringe and use saline drops beforehand to loosen the snot up.
