? Copper IUD

Does the copper IUD have any type of hormones or not? Im pretty sure the answer is no but im just wondering.

I have been an emotional roller coster for months. There are days when I cant bring myself to do a thing. Most days I sit down to wath TV and end up turning it off because I am bawling like a baby (I like adoption stories and all that Discovery Health drama)

Is this something I should talk to my doctor about? I dont feel like im depressed, just emotional

No the copper IUD does not have any hormones.

If you feel you need to talk with your doctor about it there is no harm in that.

I personally feel I am a much more emotional person since having a child. I don't know if it is a change in hormones or if having a child just does that to you.

i heard copper iud's can be dangerous. my cousins got lose and punctured her bladder... maybe a freak accident?
