Do fenugreek capsules loose their potency after the bottle has been open for a couple of weeks?

I have been taking 12 tablets total for about the last 2 1/2 weeks...4 tablets 3 times a day. I noticed an increase in supply the first week that I took them but now I am kind of noticing a decrease in supply. I am nursing and pumping the same time everyday. Do you thing I need to increase my intake of the fenugreek or has my body just adjusted to them?

I would not increase above that, but you can consider MotherLove.com products. They are the best on the market and have much more than fenugreek. I would want you to also take Goats Rue unless you are happy with the amount of milk you are producing.
