SIL and BIL headed off to China on the 4th. They now have their daughter! I can't help but cry for joy for her knowing what she has gone through for the last 11 years.

Yay! I am so excited for them! My friend T. and her DH finalize the adoption of their DS on November 7.

How wonderful for them! I teared up just thinking about how they must be feeling to fianlly have their daughter in their arms. Congrats Auntie! Off to peek at the blog!

ETA: she is darling! I am so crying for them!

I never did get around to getting her anything for her home comming, and now I'm even more stumped. Anyone been through an adoption process (Friends/family/self) through another country? Did you do anything and what did ya get baby and/or the parents?

Ypou coul dmake her "adoption Announcements" with a pic of the baby, or even a family pic, to mail out to all her fam and friends.
