Reduced flow while exclusively expressing

My 11 week old will only nipple feed despite many assisted sessions. Therefore I am expressing every feed, however over the last few days I am struggling to keep up with the volume required for each feed (150ml, 5 times / day) despite pumping almost constantly. How can I increase my supply?
