Stupid question.... Can you store BM in regular freezer bags? I will pump tomorrow PM and we are going out of town until next weekend, but I would like to save what I pump for when we get back and I have to go back to work. I just dont have the "breastmilk storage bags".

The Breastmilk storage bags are sterile, so if this is something important to you, then I suggest you use them. I froze my breastmilk in ice trays and popped them out and placed in a gallon size freezer bag. Each cube was one ounce. It was easy to remove an exact volume for a feed.
The nice thing about using the breastmilk storage bags is that they are thicker and are less likely to leak and several can be used on your breastpump so your milk can be pumped directly into the bag.
