Hi, I wanted to ask my 3 1/2 mo old is EBF
Some night he feeds 3-4 times others 1-3. On the nights that he feeds less I usually wake up full in the mornings. I feed one breast at each feeding maybe twice in a 4 hr time frame 'cause of OALD.
So my Question is can or should I pump whatever is left in the breast he had just eaten from or the other side? Would that aggravate my OALD?
