So, my sister knows that I'm anti-vax and she told me that the pediatrician that I left because he wouldn't see my unvaxed children is now offering preservative free vaccines. I don't think that this is possible...is it?

They can be free of specific preservatives, but it's my understanding that they need preservatives. It's probably thymerisol free.
