"bp"My son is 5 weeks and he's has lots of wet diapers and he is not eatting as offten like every 4 hours maybe and only eatting for like 5 min im starting to get that full feeling but when i try to feed him he spits it ALL up he has been sleeping alot is this another way he shows a growth spurt ? by eatting less ? he has no fever so i dont know what it can be ? but im feeling full all the time

I'm concerned about your baby. I would recommend you call your pediatrician and/or see a lactation consultant. He may have something like reflux, which causes a lot of vomiting. It doesn't sound like he's getting enough to eat, and the fact that he's very sleepy also suggests that maybe he's not getting as much as he should.

He should be eating at least every 2-3 hours, and most babies will need to eat for longer than 5 minutes at a time in order to get what they need.
