Okay...well, to make a long story short, my baby feeds pretty well but only on one breast because it produces more. She has been aining weight and all but because I worry so much I sometimes...very rarely supplement formula. Well, she has been sick the past couple days and has been really fussy...her sleep schedule is weird and she has been eating a bunch more at night. Well, last feeding was at around 8 or 830 am and now it is almost 2!! She wont feed!! Is it because I supplemented formula last night? I fed her at 830 and she ate pretty ok but when I have tried putting her at my breast she refuses and cries hysterically!! HELP!! Is this normal??

I forgot to say she is 3 months old.

If she's been sick and has been eating a lot more, it's common to have a period of sleepiness after. You should aim for 8-12 feedings in a 24-hour period. SOmetimes they may cluster their feedings in a short period and then go longer periods when they sleep more.

I would really try to eliminate the formula, as formula supplementation can cause low milk supply. Lots of moms are able to give their babies everything they need from just one breast, so I wouldn't worry about her getting enough from only one breast, as long as she's pooping and peeing appropiately and gaining weight. How have the poops and pees and weight gain been?

You might try pumping the other breast to try to boost supply on that side. Offer that side first, and if she won't take it, offer it again after she's nursed on the good side. If she's less hungry, she will be more likely to take the breast with the slower flow.
