I bought 610MG fenugreek capsuls
How many a day/how often should I take them?
What are the side effects I should look for?
How soon and what kind of result will I get

Enough that after about 3-5 days, your armpits smell like maple syrup. For some women, that's 3 capsules, 3x/day. For others, it might be 5 capsules, 4x/day.

How do I know which amount will work for me? Should I start with the lesser amount? is maple syrup pits the only side effect?

Start with the lesser amount and gradually increase every couple days.

Side effects might be overproduction, which can result in a gassy, fussy baby.
