I have jumped through crazy hoops to finally get set up with my own visa debit card. I wanted to give the kids more of an American Christas (meaning gifts from America).

I went through for days and found THE perfect gifts for the kids and I bookmarked them for when I got my card.

Of course, some things HAD to be out of stock today when I sat down to order them---or the wrong size---or an upped price. Anyway, I finally got their stuff ordered. YAY!

Then I went over to Sears, where I found a purse and boots for myself (and on sale, no less). I went through all the security precautions. Then, when I went to put in my billing address, it wouldn't give an option for anything out of the US. Bummer! Actually, ARGH! I knew they didn't ship internationally, so I was having them sent to a friend. But, I didn't realize that that also meant no international billing. WAHWAHWAH!

So, for me, it's back to the drawing board. Sigh.

And while I'm complaining, I'll just say that this green smoothie tastes horrible. I washed everything, but I still feel dirt in my teeth. Also, it's so darn salty. I didn't add any salt. How odd!

Oops, no, it's not dirt. It's salt. I didn't add salt. I'm beginning to wonder if my little girl was playing with Momma's blender pitcher....

Can't ask. She's napping.

It's gotten better. I had to forget the boots for now. It feels good to finally be catching up with the cyber world. LOL!

Thats funny. I finally made it to my bank to get my debit card last week. I have been procrasinating about it forever. I NEVER go to my except the drive through and with all my daycare kids constantly I never wanted to go in. Plus I figured I would turn internet happy with one...so hopefully I dont'...lol

That's a bummer MM! Did you try calling customer service at Sears to see if they had any ideas?

No. Didn't think about it for some reason. Perhaps because I don't generally call the States (except Mom). I really should, because those boots are fabulous! They're only 29.99, marked down from 70something.

It's worth a shot!

Maybe they can process your card over the phone?
