Pain in The Boob

Has anyone else ever experienced this:
When I am nursing on one side i sometimes get a sharp needle like stinging pain in the other boob, in the nipple area. Not sure what it is. It is kimda painful.

That's kinda how my letdown feels. I don't notice it on the side I'm nursing on, but I definitely feel it on the other side. That might be what you're feeling.

Yes, for me too, it is letdown. It changed for me though, it turned into this twirling twisting kind of feeling, like someone had a hold of my nipples and was pinching them, strange feeling!
