I bought a 1/4lbs of seeds from the local super market and was wondering how to make it into tea or anything else. As I'm new to using it. I'm most likely going to buy a few pounds of it online after I figure out how to utilize it.

I've always bought it in capsules never bought the seeds. I suppose you could brew it like any other tea?!?! I'm not sure sorry.

I always add it to my fish curry, taste delicious. If I don't make curry for that day, I just pour hot boiling water into a cup and add some of it. Wait until the water is in the suitable temperature to drink, and just drink it. Leave the fenugreek in the cup, don't swallow it. Next time pour the hot boiling water again, until there's no more yellowish color from the fenugreek.
