Too Funny

Last night at dinner I was nursing 10 week old ds while we ate dinner. For some reason my 7 year old dd decided that breast milk was gross. I told her it actually was not gross at all and that her little brother loves it. Well, my 5 year old ds told his big sis that she drinks cows breast milk every day! Of course, she had never thought of that and said she wasn't even going to drink milk with her cereal anymore. This morning ds got out the cereal that he wanted for breakfast and when his sis came upstairs, he asked if he could have the cows breastmilk for his cereal. He was aggrevating his sister and it was too funny. From now on milk will no longer be milk at our house. It will forever be "cow's breast milk."

LOL. That is exactly what it is though "cow's breast milk" if you really think about it. My kids think its gross also. Esp. my soon-to-be 3 yo. He straight up says "NO. Mami that "kikolas" (he cant say Nikolas) milk."

LOL very funny. I used to refer to milk as cow boobie when I was still nursing DS and he was also taking in some cow's milk.

That's great. I was explaining that to my 6 & 3 yr olds the other day as well. They know I've put a little bm in their cow milk a few times when I've had a little in the fridge to use up. Now when they drink milk they often ask if it's boobie milk, cow milk or goat milk? My 6 yr old has also been saying "human milk for human babies". Must have heard me say it to someone.
