A little history here, Im nursing a 2 year now. Yea for that !
Last month I came to guys and asked why all the sudden sore nipples.
Well I wasn't pregnant, my AF came back after not showing its face for 33 months to the day he was born. Urrgghh.
That explained the nipple soreness.
Well its back the nipple are sore as hell again.
My AF started Oct 12 it went to the 16.
So it hasn't even been a month why are they getting sore again?
Ds has a good latch, No yeast and of course he is teething his molars but this soreness is the same soreness as just a couple of weeks ago.
So will they always get like this prior to AF? This is not comfortable by any means. YKWIM.
Anyhow just for a little update while Im here .
Ds turned 2 and is still a crummy sleeper at night.
He still wakes at least 6 times a night to nurse.
He is still nursing like a newborn all day, but because of everyone here I have a healthy , thriving 2 year old that still co-sleeps and is nursing.
That is truley amazing.
I can tell you though ,I wish I could just wean him. There have been days that Im just done and touched out, but he is not ready by any means.
So I will not take that from him.
I will sacrafise some more and just grin and bear it to make him happy.
He is just my booby boy.
I asked Ds the other day while I was putting him to sleep what his milky taste like and he say's "BOOBY" I just laughed it is the funnies thing.
Also when he wants to nurse during the day he comes back and forth and I tell him Not yet you just got your milky.
He says "HUGS MOMMY Hugs" Laugh again then he pulls my shirt up.
Anyways thanks everyone for your continued help and support to get me to this time in our lives.
