Yes.
Personally, I'd only get a flu shot if I were quite high risk though - which I am. Research flu shots and the ingredients and then make an educated decision.

I asked the pedi if it was safe, and she said yes. I will be getting one Wednesday. I am also getting the flu mist for my 2 dc that are in school. I do not want to have the flu and try and take care of my whole family.

Yes, I was told I could get the flu shot while nursing, but not the flu mist.
