Does anyone know of the amth system that teaches kids to use their fingers to add and subtractt? It starts with a B and it goes all the way to large triple digit numbers. My MIL mentioned to it me yesterday, and for the life of me I can't remember what it is called. It is along the same line as an abacus, but you use your fingers instead.
TIA!

I know you said it started with a B and Chsienbop does not start with a b. However, my BFF is notorious for asking guestions like "What is that word that starts with a "Q" and means ____?" The only thing I am certain of is that the word she wants does not start with a "Q", so sorry if I was wrong about that.

That might be it. I just remember a B, but it may not be the first letter. That is it. All I remember that is math on the fingers. Thanks Quilty!
